To establish the brand online, open up online as a sales channel and support their phased global expansion.

The Solution

Friday first worked with the Fulfil team to understand the product and its audience. Workshop sessions helped us plan a simple but smart user experience for the website to showcase the product.

A second phase of work planned the new ecommerce website and multi-site functionality to support the growth of the brand and product into international markets.

Friday is currently working with the Fulfil team on a digital strategy to support the expansion.

The brand and shop were successfully launched online with website seeing large traffic volumes both in Ireland and internationally (spiking up to 20k users per week).

Activations

Successful launch of Black Friday and Cyber Monday activations which saw hundreds of promotional boxes 
sell out in hours.
