Since 1991 Gartlan Furey has built a reputation for delivering excellence in legal services for a broad range of business and private clients in Ireland.

The firm first approached us to help them refresh their content and website, but following initial consultation and research, we saw there was an opportunity to look at a broader strategy to raise their overall profile.

With a clear brief in hand, Friday was challenged to refresh the firms’ identity and tone of voice, and to then plan and execute the consistent application of the rebrand across all areas: including brand assets, content, website and digital marketing.

Approach

It was our primary goal to ensure the new brand positioning was executed effectively across all channels.

Friday first undertook a review and research phase:

  • all existing brand assets.
  • traffic to the old website.
  • all existing marketing comms. 
  • competitor activity both on and offline.

We then drafted a brief which:

  • established and understood audiences and users.
  • directed the creative, production and implementation of the rebrand, content, website and digital marketing. 
  • allowed for and promoted a process of reporting, learning and optimising throughout. 
  • enabled resource efficiency, ease of planning and measurement.

The Solution

The website and its content reflects the new brand and has a smooth user experience that reflects the excellence expected of a firm of their standing. The website is, of course, designed responsively for use across all devices.
