Marram Co is a luxury new male grooming system that wants to change the way men feel about shaving. Their vision is simply to “bring pleasure to shaving”.
The product offering includes a beautifully designed brush, bowl and razor set, as well as a selection of 8 all-natural shaving creams to match your mood.
Marram set up their retail offering initially in the Marvel Room at Brown Thomas, but for online they wanted a direct-to-consumer platform that would allow them to engage with customers directly and sell internationally.
Because of Friday’s experience, we were awarded the project to create their e-commerce store. The result is a site with a rich user experience that appeals equally to men and women and enables customers to drill right down into product detail in a highly customised checkout process.
We created stunning product video and photography all embedded in a best-in-class customer experience.
Our work spanned across user-centric research, content strategy and production, a full end-to-edn UX process, e-commerce website development, and social media assets.
The website and its content reflects the new brand and has a smooth user experience that is designed responsively for use across all devices.
