UX/UI Designer (Lead)

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior UX/UI to help shape the next chapter. You’ll play a central role in how the agency evolves: growing the team, refining our service offering, helping shape processes, and deciding the kind of projects and clients we pursue.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Expertise

• 4+ years minimum full-time UX/UI experience, with a portfolio showcasing user-centred designs across websites and apps.
• Agency experience is favourable.
• Advanced Figma skills for design and prototyping
• Strong communicator with experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.

Data-Driven Approach

• A deep understanding of user behaviour and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Hands-on experience with UX research: usability testing, surveys, interviews, audits.
• Ability to translate insights into user flows, site maps, wireframes, and personas.

Design and Creativity

• A keen eye for stunning, progressive UI design.
• A creative flair for concepts, storytelling, and outstanding user experiences.

AI in Practice

• AI should already be part of your workflow.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, MidJourney, and Wevo to streamline tasks and ideate faster.

Organisation and Leadership

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills to mentor and grow a team, foster collaboration, and inspire great work.

Client and Collaboration Skills

• Confident engaging with clients directly, presenting work and building strong relationships.
• Able to bridge the gap between design and development for seamless delivery.

Desirable Skills

• Creative concepts for digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, iOS and Android environments.
• Storyboarding and animation skills.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML5, CSS3) is a bonus.

Permanent Role

Experience: 4+ years

Start date: ASAP

Salary: €75,000+ (depending on experience)

This is a hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) so you must be based in Ireland to apply.
