Friday Agency is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in the heart of Dublin. We help ambitious brands grow through performance marketing, content, UX and creative. Our work transforms businesses – turning strategy into action, and digital into measurable results.

We are on a growth trajectory and are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

If you’re excited about building, leading, and getting stuck into great client accounts, this could be your chance to make a real impact. And as we grow, there will be meaningful rewards for those who help move the dial.

You won’t be learning the ropes here – you’ve already done that. But you’ll still be growing, experimenting, and sharpening your skills. We’re looking for someone who’s done the work themselves: built Google Ads campaigns, implemented SEO improvements, run paid social ads, created and executed content strategies, and used analytics tools to drive decisions.

Strong experience with the Irish market is essential.

You’ll be joining a focused, agile (and genuinely sound!) team where your ideas are welcome, your skills are valued, and your contributions make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performance Marketing & Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Paid Social (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimisation, technical improvements, and content planning

  • Use SEMrush, GA4, and Search Console to analyse performance and guide your next move

  • Create and execute content strategies

  • Develop campaign goals and monitor delivery against them

Analytics & Reporting

  • Confidently configure and use Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and Tag Manager

  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to derive insights and improve performance

  • Build custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs, conversions, and ROI

Client-Facing and Collaborative Work

  • Own your client relationships with support from the senior team – no account managers babysitting the work

  • Join and lead client calls, present performance reports, and make strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate with the UX and development teams to ensure campaigns are connected across the user journey

Must-Have Experience

  • 3-4 years in a hands-on digital marketing role – agency or in-house

  • Strong experience with the Irish market
  • Proven track record running campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid platforms

  • Solid knowledge of SEO (especially implementation, not just strategy)

  • Experience with SEMrush, GA4, and Google Tag Manager

  • Comfortable working across multiple accounts with varying goals and sectors

  • Strong communication skills: You can explain performance data to a client in plain English

Desirable

  • Familiarity with content calendars, editorial planning, or brand tone-of-voice documents

  • Copywriting or content production experience for digital channels

  • TikTok Ads or newer ad platforms

  • WordPress CMS experience

  • Knowledge of attribution, CRO, UX principles, or light HTML/CSS

What You’ll Get

  • €55k+ salary, depending on experience

  • Up to €4,700 in annual benefits, including:

    • Hybrid and flexible working

    • Company healthcare contributions

    • Monthly work-from-home allowance

    • Pension plan with company contributions

    • Mobile phone plan

    • An extra holiday on your birthday

    • Generous annual leave

    • Paid sick leave and maternity leave

    • Bike-to-work and TaxSaver schemes

    • Training and development opportunities

Why Friday?

Because we’re building one of Ireland’s best digital teams. Because we’re structured but not stuffy. Because you’ll grow here. And because we treat people like humans, not resources.
