We’re looking for an experienced, senior Digital Marketer to join our team. Someone who truly loves digital, has solid industry experience and is bursting with potential.

The successful candidate will have experience across the full gamut of digital, in particular, executing search and social campaigns.

You’ll be working closely with the Client Services, Digital and Creative Directors to plan, execute, optimise, manage and analyse digital campaigns for some of Ireland’s leading brands and businesses. The role will also combine project management and account management duties.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 years professional experience working in a digital marketing role.
  • Devise, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns for agency clients involving a mix of digital channels including Search, Content, Social, Email.
  • You are experienced building and managing multiple PPC campaigns in Google AdWords (and currently AdWords certified).
  • Work with agency management to align digital marketing activities with digital projects such as website builds, and work closely with our team of talented designers, UX specialists & developers.
  • Deliver targets for awareness, engagement and conversion for client organisations using digital platforms.
  • You will have experience with SEO, content writing and link building.
  • Utilise various analytics tools to acquire insights, monitor competitors, report campaign results and drive results including Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz Pro tools.
  • Implement market research activities / processes both internally and externally and report results to agency directors with a view to developing opportunities.
  • Identify and connect with key influencers if required.
  • Engage clients directly, build relationships & give outstanding customer service in line with Friday’s values.
  • Maximise the value of the client accounts you are responsible for.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in planning and executing digital strategy.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced start-up culture, preferably agency side.
  • Experience in business, development, project management and planning including client briefing and requirement gathering.
  • Possess a 3rd Level marketing or digital marketing qualification.
  • Knowledge of web technologies – a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS would be beneficial.
  • Experience using Facebook Ad Manager & Power Editor to manage social marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of WordPress CMS.
  • Experience giving client presentations or training sessions.
  • Company promotion: Experience writing content, particularly content for online such as Blog posts, press releases as well as day to day social activity on Twitter and Facebook.
  • Knowledge of user experience design and UX design process.
  • Experience preparing and conducting user research and usability tests and audits.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution and how to implement it.
  • Be up on and contribute to digital marketing trends.
  • Having fun and an appreciation for good food (often sweet food).
